Constructed in corrosion-resistant aluminum with a durable finish, the island provides weather-resistant support and a streamlined exterior that integrates with modular outdoor cabinetry. Integrated wiring and a 30 amp, 240 VAC power rating accommodate the EL500i's digital thermostat that reaches up to 700°F for rapid preheat and consistent heat control. On-board digital controls pair via Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi to a smartphone app for precise temperature management and include a digital thermometer with meat probe for timed cooks. The island accepts the EL500i's 30" x 16" cooking grid and preserves the grill's patented Diamond Sear surface for searing performance across 480 usable square inches plus a 150 square inch secondary rack.
