Le Griddle Big Texan 3-Burner Built-In Gas Griddle

304 stainless steel construction with a cast-iron base plate ensures even heat distribution across the 41-1/4" x 15-3/4" cooking surface for consistent searing. Three U-shaped stainless burners deliver 27,000 BTU total for rapid recovery and stable temperature control under heavy use. Battery-powered ignition and three thermocouple safety valves provide reliable start-up and automatic gas shutoff if the flame is lost. Removable full-width grease tray and accessible components simplify cleaning and routine maintenance. Suitable for built-in or freestanding installation and configurable for natural gas or propane with supplied opposite orifices and a 1-3/8" male flare inlet.
