Commercial-grade countertop griddle engineered for indoor and commercial kitchens. 304 stainless steel housing and cooking surface combine with a cast-iron top and aluminum base plate for even heat distribution and long service life. Dual U-shape stainless burners deliver 18,000 BTU total for rapid recovery and consistent searing. Removable, dishwasher-safe grease tray and perforated plate simplify cleaning and grease management. Two safety valves with thermocouples and included conversion orifices support safe operation on natural gas or propane.
