Electric 1800W operation provides consistent, even heat across a 16" Dual Plate System for uniform cooking and searing. 304 stainless steel housing and cast-iron cooking plates offer long-term durability and reliable heat retention. The cooking surface measures 16" x 15 3/4" with an overall footprint of 17.5" x 18.75" x 12.5", suitable for countertop use or built-in installation. Unit requires a dedicated 15A circuit (120V) and is ETL certified for electrical safety. Lid, cart and trim kit are sold separately; cooking surfaces carry a lifetime warranty and other parts are covered for 10 years.
