Le Griddle Pro Series 105 Gas Griddle 3mm Cooking Plate

304 stainless steel housing and a 304 stainless cooking surface sit on a machined aluminum base plate to deliver consistent heat transfer across the griddle. Three U-shaped stainless steel burners provide a combined 27,000 BTU for commercial indoor cooking and even searing. The 3mm cooking plate with grease drainage holes and removable dishwasher-safe grease tray simplifies cleaning and lowers downtime between shifts. Backlit control knobs, LED brand projection and halogen lights improve visibility for low-light kitchens and precise control. Push-and-spark ignition and three thermocouple safety valves cut gas if a flame is extinguished to enhance operational safety. Opposite gas orifices and a 3/8" gas fitting are included to support NAT/LP conversion; unit is suitable for indoor commercial use.
