The 16" x 15-3/4" cooking area paired with a single U‑shape stainless steel burner delivers 9,000 BTU of focused cooking power for searing and breakfast service. Battery-operated ignition and a thermocouple safety valve offer reliable start-up and automatic gas shutoff if the flame is lost. Removable grease tray and accessible front controls simplify cleaning and routine maintenance. Includes opposite gas orifices for field conversion between natural gas and propane and a standard 3/8" gas fitting. ETL and ANSI certification and U.S. manufacture support professional installation and code compliance.

All other parts are warrantied free from manufacturer defects for 10 years to the original owner.
